I have had soaps and shampoos with cocoa added, though. :)

I've tried many hot chocolates with dairy alternatives, my favorite being almond milk. Almond flavor lends itself very nicely to most hot chocolates. I do have some plans for an Asian inspired hot chocolate using coconut milk, five spice powder, and Japanese chocolate. I've also seen some recipes online for creating whipped cream using separated coconut milk instead of heavy cream. I'm really looking forward to seeing how that works out.

Feel free to replace milk in any of these recipes with your favorite non-dairy milk. Just keep in mind that those other flavors (almond, added sweetener, vanilla) in some of them will definitely affect the taste. I've not used soy milk very much, but maybe that would work well.

I've also been working on some healthy hot chocolates, using non-dairy milks and date sugar as the sweetener, but that one still needs more work.Seanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01733056087403610955noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1645603454405379655.post-83218051072899309032016-06-19T16:58:00.325-07:002016-06-19T16:58:00.325-07:00I have some of this in my cupboard and was using i...I have some of this in my cupboard and was using it to mix in my rhassoul clay mixture for hair. Have you tried hot chocolate with other non dairy milks such as coconut?I'm gluten free and dairy free and try to eat mostly plant based.
